Accessibility statement
Version da-2026.1 · last automated audit October 20, 2026
Altitra aims to make its public screens and its application accessible to everyone, including people who use a keyboard only, a screen reader or magnification.
1. Our commitment
The target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 for all public screens and the application, in French and English.
2. What we do
• A “Skip to main content” link is the first keyboard stop on every screen. • Contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for large text and components, in light and dark modes, checked automatically. • A visible focus ring on every interactive element, never hidden by the sidebar or a header. • Targets of at least 24 × 24 pixels; no action depends on drag and drop. • Every form field has an associated label and its help text is linked to the field; pasting is allowed in password and code fields, and the 6-digit code accepts autofill. • Animations respect the system “reduce motion” preference. • Automated accessibility tests run on the inventory of screens with every release.
3. Known limitations
Training resources imported by an organization (documents, files, third-party videos) are the responsibility of their author: Altitra does not guarantee their accessibility. The watermark on shared resources is designed to leave the content readable by assistive technologies, but some PDF documents may remain hard to read with a screen reader.
If part of the service is inaccessible to you, we offer a workaround (another format, assistance by email).
4. Audits
Automated tests (axe-core) check every screen of the inventory with every release, with no critical or serious violation tolerated. A manual audit with keyboard only and with screen readers (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS) is carried out before the public launch, and the date of the last audit is shown at the top of this page.
5. Report a barrier
If you run into an accessibility barrier, write to us at [email protected] with the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and offer you a workaround as soon as possible, then fix the barrier.
