Cookies
Version tm-2026.1 · effective October 27, 2026
This page lists the cookies Altitra stores in your browser and explains why. Each one is needed for the service to work or for a choice you made yourself.
1. What cookies are for
A cookie is a small file your browser keeps so the service can recognize you from one page to the next.
Altitra uses them only to open and protect your session, to remember your language and theme, and to spare you a second authentication factor on a device you chose to remember.
2. Cookies we use
The list below is complete. None of these cookies contains client information or any of your work data.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Attributes |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token | Keeps you signed in to Altitra. | While the session is open, 400 days at most. | Path /, SameSite=Lax. |
| alt_flow | Holds the state of a sign-in, activation or password reset in progress. Its content is sealed and holds no open session. | 10 minutes. | HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production. |
| alt_td_… (one per account) | Spares you the second factor on a device you chose to remember. | 30 days by default, 90 days at most depending on the organization’s setting. | HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production. |
| altitra-theme | Shows your chosen theme from the first render, without a flash. | 1 year. | SameSite=Lax, Secure outside http. No sensitive data. |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers the interface language. | Until the browser is closed. | SameSite=Lax. No sensitive data. |
3. What we do not use
Altitra sets no advertising cookie, no third-party analytics cookie and no tracking cookie. No third-party audience measurement tool is loaded.
Since there is no non-essential cookie, no consent banner is shown.
4. Changes and clearing
Any future non-essential cookie will require a decision from Altitra’s management, an update to this page and a consent mechanism compliant with Law 25 before it is set.
You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings: your session will end and your language and theme choices will be reset.
